automatic turn off

Dear all,

Recently I have a problem with my dimension 8300: after several hours without working with it, it turns off. After that if I press the start button to turn it on again, it do not work. Only after unplugging and plugging from the electric net can I restart the computer. Has anybody any idea what can that be? Thank you in advance.
