bugcheck: 0x00000116 BSOD

Hi,

I just replaced my HD yesterday after it crashed last week.

now i am having bugcheck: 0x00000116, two times when i was working on my pc today.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa800c1864e0, 0xfffff880109d87a0, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 120114-20545-01.

My monitor suddenly went blank and next thing i knew my PC restarted. PC is running on Windows 7 home (64 bit) ,Dell xps 8500, i7-3770 3.40Ghz, 8GB, nividia Geforce GT640.
