dell 2400 not booting up saying runsetup and some time time go black
pulled out bat. and still nota dont have floppy disk to reboot help. says run setup

Please go to this page for a list of the diagnostic light codes. Check those and tell me if you see anything wrong.

c and d yellow starts up and says run set up but no f1 -f9 none at all pulled bat out and no luck. then resart go to black screen with white cuser help if u can tryed to update bois and i think i did wrong one it now says bois a00??? will not reset to fac. settings. do i pull all out and rebuid it all or what.
