dell dimension e526

My kid is selling her dell dimension E526 and I have been trying to erase all data but, cannot figure out how. Is it F2/F12 and what do I click to clear all data. Or what do I need do to clear this computer of all data. I have gone through and deleted all programs but, there is still filesa that needs cleared off . Can someone please help with this dilemma?

Dell has not make a Dimension e526, there are Dimension e510 and a e520 models, would one of these be your daughter's computer?
