dell inspiron 660s halt suddenly sometimes

The dell desktop got a problem that halt suddenly sometimes. When the problem happens, I have to hold the power button for seconds to power it off. However, when I press the power button again to power it on, It beeps which indicates something got wrong. See the uploaded problem video demo.

The picture below shows that it halted when I tried to recover the system software windows10. The stripes maybe tell me it is a video driver corruption problem. But the problem does not go away even after windows 10 is reinstalled from dell auto-repair.

I also run dell hardware checking utilities online and find no problem.

What's wrong with the dell computer?
