Regret the inconvenience caused ! If the power button is blinking then it is not receiving sufficient power from the source .
I would request you to provide some more information so that I can assist you better ,
*Are you facing the issue after any software/hardware changes were performed on the system .
*What is the colour of the power button ?
*Kindly confirm if you have performed any troubleshooting steps on the system .
*Also I would request you to reconfirm the system model .It would be of much more assistance to perform system specific troubleshooting .
