Took the hard drive out and now I can't get into it because Del has a lock on it . How do I get in it too get my files off the hard drive.

Hard drive passwords can't be put on by Dell, they would be put on by someone who used the computer and accessed the BIOS. As far as I know there isn't any way around it.
