I've been trying to run the diagnostic on my Inspiron 14-3452. Once I get to the eMMC Drive portion of the ePSA assessment, I'm waiting for over half an hour. Is this normal?

We went through the post and as you say the eMMC drive in your system which is a SSD.
And to answer your question if it is taking half an hour to run ePSA it is not normal it can be a hard drive failure initial stage as it is a ssd.
Hence please back up your data and let us know if there are any errors while running the test.
