I know it is old but till now never got problems with it, but now he just don't power on.
I looked to a lot of threads around and saw a lot of problems but none with the same anomaly
I power it on and the light is ambar steady, I looked at motherboard and all caps are ok, no leaking or with bad formation, they all look just really fine
everything in the desktop is the same, no upgrades.
When on with the ambar light on the fans of the processor and the PSU run, slow but they run and all the test lights on the back are off.
Everything was ok just power it off at night and was working ok, when I tried to power it again in the next day well I couldn't.
Any help or is too old for that?

A Steady Yellow light, could indicate a device on the system board may be faulty or incorrectly installed
Check the sequence of the four Diagnostic Lights on the back panel.

as said the four diagnostic lights on the back of panel are off no light on them at all.
I already disconnected all the hardware and connected again and nothing happens and no beeps at all.
Then it sounds like the motherboard is bad.
If you are comfortable working around computers, you could try the following:
Note: The only 100% method of testing a PSU, is to install a know working power supply.
Unplug the cord from the power supply, hold the power button in for about 15/20 seconds, open the case, unplug the 20-pin power connector from the motherboard and jump the Green wire to one of the Black wires, reconnect the power cord and power the system, if power supply's fan and the hard drive run, then the PSU should be good.
Note: Do not remove any wires from the plug, use a small piece of wire or a paper clip as a jumper.
Power supply checks out and the system still does not work, again remove the power cord, hold the power button in for several seconds to discharge the residue power, reconnect the 20-pin connector to the motherboard.
Remove all the PCI cards, the video card [if applicable], memory, all peripherals, disconnect the data and power cables to all the drives, check that the front panel cable is connected to motherboard, with nothing else connected to the system, reconnect the power cable and power the system on.
If you do not get any beep codes and/or there is no change in the diagnostic lights, then it would appear that the motherboard has died.
Ok I will do that tomorrow since I will get a power supply from a friend who is working, and I will see.
Could processor problems give this error too, or is only motherboard? cause all the caps appear to be ok, I'm a bit worried to get a motherboard somewhere who is with caps issues, since this model was with that problem not this one. Could the anti intrusion switch malfunction? or be damaged?
Because the caps seem good, does not mean that the motherboard has not failed.
Yes, a failed processor could give the same error, but the only method I know of checking it, is to install it a compatible working PC, or use a known working processor.
it's worth noting that very few processors fail, unless they are fried.
sry for asking but for what the intrusion switch and what does he do, since I remember to open the case because of the fan been doing to much noise in that night and cleaned the inside with air, any chance the intrusion switch be damaged. I don't know what he does but in some systems the switch just cuts the power if the case is not well closed, could this be the case? I didn't check that. But well I don't know what he does too.

well I have done as you said, didn't try a new or working power supply, because my friend's one is fried emoticon.Sad.title worst than any thing
so I tried the steps you said, the fan in the power supply works but no signal in the hard drive emoticon.TongueTied.title all the rest keeps the same, it's possible the power supply is not giving enough power to run all? the light in the motherboard is yellow (standby), meaning there is power on the motherboard when the 20 pin connector is connected to the motherboard.
I'm going to try get a power supply somehow and test it.
Is there any way to know if the problem is from motherboard, or any device in the motherboard, without spend money in a new motherboard.
In case the power supply is ok.
