is this mean i need a new graphic card??

So my 3 yrs old XPS, wouldnt start properly.

Sometimes i had issue viewing twitchtv. As you can see on above picture. Some parts of display is distorted.

it passed everything on ePSA pre-boot system assessment except "Video Memory Test".

i did some research and it sounded like I need a new graphic card?

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts!

Do you have an add-in video card, eg, from AMD or NVidia?

Assuming you have an add-in video card, the first thing might be to power off, unplug and press/hold power button for ~15 sec.

Open the case and carefully reseat the video card in its slot and use canned air to blow out all the dust bunnies from the card, fans, heat sink etc...

You should read Dell's online manual for your exact PC model before opening the case because it has some warnings about working inside a PC and instructions to remove/reinstall a video card.
