Purchased a dell Inspiron 3650 desktop on March 28, 2016. PROBLEM – my keyboard does not work! Did all the diagnostic test, I don’t have any other devices plugged in except a mouse, I tried the USB keyboard in another USB port, and I did the input device diagnostic and it passed, but IT’S STILL NOT WORKING. Interesting I’m having same problem with my Bluetooth keyboard. Both are shown as being connected in settings, but unfortunately I cant type with either. Typing with this on-screen-keyboard is very frustrating.
