By paperclip jumping the PSON Green wire to a BLACK Ground wire.

can you picture it, i didnt understand how to do it, on regular computers i use a screwdrive and just touch 2 pins, on this motherboard there isnt any way?

No there is no other way without a front panel connector.

well i tried what you said and when i dont connect it to the motherboard the fan works of the power suply but when its connected as below nothing happends.. should i do something diff?
