out of box failure

I cannot believe the incredibly bad support to correct my out of the box failure. I have spoken to 8 tec support peeples at Dell India. they are all very polite but all they tell is how sorry they are and how much they appreciate my business but do not fix or provide status to a resolution to my problem. When I demanded to speak to a manger he hung upon me. Yes he hung up on me!  I am send the system back now!

submit a return request with dell customer care. dell tech support can't really help you.
