power saver mode.
When ever i boot my dell inspiron 620 the montior lights up with the blue light but then turns amber. the message on screen said going into power saver mode. then it says click on esc or enter and also move the mouse to bring it out of power saver mode. but nothing works. thanks for all your help.

You are booting to black screen of death. If tapping f2 and f12 then f2 then f12 doesnt bring up bios menu then your system is dead. Easiest test is to remove the data cable from the hard drive and turn on. If it posts with missing hard drive error then the windows and or hard drive is likely dead or dying.
If it DOES NOT POST then there is something wrong with the system power supply or motherboard or ram etc.
