"Hard-disk drive failure , strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup after power cut off
I configure my Dell inspiron one 2020 to boot directly to windows when commercial power cut off and return back again. It should go straight to my recent desktop and open program. But, now it will only says "Hard-disk drive failure , strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup " and I already replace my harddrive. But still the same error.
Please help me !!!!

Check to see if the SATA cable is connected between the hard drive and motherboard. You need to open the PC for this.
If it is connected properly, press F2 to open setup, then find the boot device settings and see if your hard drive is in the boot device list.
