unable to establish an internet connection

I have a Dimension 2400, I use aol 9.0SE, and I have a DSL/Broadband wireless internet connection. I am able to access the internet explorer and AOL.

My problem started when I installed Dell Musicmatch Jukebox. I am unable to use Musicmatch because the program says that an internet connection is not detected.

I was just wondering what I need to do to fix this, any help would be great.
