upgrade bios dell precision 340 : A01 to A07 - FAIL

Dell workstation precision 340

I have Bios rev A01    2001  with Windows XP

-I have downloaded  the A07 version

BIOS - BIOS: Dell Precision System BIOS, A07 - [Detail]. Download:

• File 1: BR71116.exe
• File 2: R71116.exe
• File 3: WS340A07.EXE

MEthod1 :And I have executed R71116.exe and the finish the Wizard and REBOOT but the Bios version   stiil in A01.

Method 2: with Floppy  aslo I have executde but I donot know how executed after the reboot with the Floppy

Please help me
