I'm afraid you are jumping to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. This BSOD is usually heat related, defective hardware, memory or even processor though it is possible that it is driver related (rare). Try running the Dell diagnostics or a memory testing utility such as memtest.
As for Dell's tech support, while we don't work for Dell, we try our very best to help other users like yourself fix problems. That's what I'm here to do. So I would respectfully request that you focus on the problem and not cast blame before we have determined what the issue is.
