I have a Dell Inspiron 537 with Vista Home Premium.  I saw all the posts that say press f8 to get to the advanced boot options.  when i get to the screen, I have not option for repair your systems.  Anybody have other ideas on how I can access the recovery partition to restore to factory settings?
