Dell Keyboard Shortcut Keys

I have one of the "prehistoric" basic dell keyboards.  The only shortcut buttons I have on it are, email, home (internet), search, and sleep.

 

The sleep button works, but the other ones do not.  I have re-installed my computer twice before, and I probably deleted the progam that makes it run. Can someone help me find that program again.
