Dell Precision Workstation 690 remove the Front Panel

Hello.,

 

I have a Dell Precision Workstation 690 and the front panel of my PC-Case have same scratches, and i like to paint it, how do i remove the Panel where the Motherboard is attached, so i can remove the front panel?

 

Where can i find a Disassemble Chart for this PC-Case?
