My Dell Wireless Mouse stopped working today. We've had our Dimension 8400 for two months with no problems. The keyboard works fine, but for the mouse to work I need to press the green button on the little box (?) and then I have to press the green button under the mouse. After this, the mouse works great for approximately 10 seconds, when the red light goes off and it stops working again. I have to press the green button every time I want to use the mouse, over & over.
I did a quick search and found no solutions to this problem.
Any suggestions or thoughts as to what is causing this would be appreciated. We haven't loaded anything new or installed anything new to the computer.
