Dell XPS 8700 ( AMD R9 270 ) Black Screen , Freezing

Hi, 

I have problem it came suddenly , when i am playing there is AMD update show , so i out of my game and updated after that i restart and enter the game again , I play for 5 min the screen Show to me some horizontal green lines I see that thing i try out game and press keyboard nothing happen , So i restart PC by power button after windows logo it comes Black screen [:'(] and i try everything ( installing drives , uninstall drives , remove AMD card , Enter safe mode and do many thing , Enter Bios , and biggest thing i format my original Windows 8 [:'(][:'(][:'(] and get windows 7 ) all of that not help me , ( and now i using Internal video card ) .

I thought change my video card but i don't know what i pick for my pc i afraid not Corresponds with DELL XPS 8700 , please give me list for Nvidia cards , AMD are not good or give me card form Nvidia same as R9 270 .
