I have a Radeon 7750 video card in my Inspiron 530 MT and it runs fine with the default Dell 300w power supply, without any issues.

My system also has an SSD and two SATA hard dives.

Hi CraftingFFA,

Inspiron 620 was shipped with a 300W power supply unit. The minimum system power requirement for SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7750 graphics card is a 400W.

If you want to upgrade the GPU to SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7750, you might also need to change the power supply unit to 400W.

Please refer this link for more information on SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7750: http://bit.ly/GByjUi

Please reply for any further help.
