Dimension 9100 Video Card upgrade for Windows 10... any recommendations?

i,
I have an old Dimension 9100 that is currently running Windows 8.
I'm going to be upgrading it to Windows 10, but would like to upgrade the video card first.
The system
currently has the original Radeon x600, 256MB card, and the power supply has been replaced with a
Corsair CX500.
Any recommendations on a reasonably priced video card that would be a good upgrade for this system, and would work with Windows 10.
