How Do i Disable BIOS shadowing, or fix this blue message
when i am playing my games it crashes and shows an error that says that i should disable BIOS updates such as catching and shadowing, how do i do this!?!?

It would help if you said what computer model you have and indicate what the "blue message" says.

You still didn't say what computer model you have. I have not seen any options for caching and shadowing on any of my Dells, so you might not have any such option.
I did a quick search of that error code and it seems that several of the problems were the motherboard.
I would reseat all the RAM, cards and cables. That is generally a good way to start with problems like this.
Then I would run the extended Dell diagnostics (F12 at boot or boot the resource CD).

Check your hardware vender for any BIOS updates such as catching and shadowing if you need to use safe mode to disable these components, restart you computer, press f8 to select advanced setup options, and then select safe mode
