If you have the add-in LSI RAID card, don't get the Red (or the Black, Blue, or Green). The Red is a low-power NAS drive and is not a good option for use in an enterprise RAID environment (LSI) - WD even tells you they should not be used there. Get a drive certified/validated for use on that controller, like WD's Xe:

Otherwise, you can start with the model number on the existing drive, or check the list from LSI:
http://www.lsi.com/downloads/Public/RAID%20Controllers/RAID%20Controllers%20Common%20Files/MegaRAID_SAS3_936x-938x_Compatibility_List.pdf
Which model drive do you currently have?

Just buy one from any retailer. Dell doesn't make hard drives. Get a 1 TB Western Digital drive and add it yourself. Or look at Device Manager and get the same model you already have.

Hello Jose P,
Like Mary G said, the best option to make RAID is to buy the same model hard drive as the one you already have.
If you go for a WD hard drive and want to buy specifically designed unit for RAID and NAS, then my recommendation is to get the WD Red. You can check drive specifications here:

Hope I helped.
