Intel Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T2 on a Dell 8700

I have two new Dell 8700's which we put an Intel Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T2 in each. Windows 7 acts like it has never been plugged in. The cards have power the network lights light up when you plug in cable but, Windows 7 can not find the card on either PC. It is in the bottom slot (PCIe x1) and the Intel driver utilities tool does not recognize the card in either machine either. I don't see any setting for enabling the card slot in the BIOS. We need the faster NIC card working. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Aaron

Did you try disabling the Onboard LAN Controller in BIOS setup?

I should have mention I did try disabling the on-board LAN controller, that did not make a difference.
