Optiplex 3020 - Cannot enable wake on lan remotely

I have a few 3020s I need to enable WOL for from a remote office.

The Dell Command/Configure utility however only allows me to set the wake on lan setting to : lanwithpxe

That would be fine, I can wake the PC with a magic packet , it fails to find anythign to net boot from, you'd expect it to fail over and boot from the hard drive at this point but instead it just shows "No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot the machine."

If I press any key it boots ok even thought the nic is the first boot device. Do on a manual boot it fails over to the HD, on a WOL boot it doesn't

I've played around with other settings that disable the NIC as th 1st boot device but they don't seem to over ride the lanwithpxe setting.

Has anyone found this issue on a 3020 or any other machine?

Thanks

Fixed it.....update the bios and then it successfully fails over to HD when it can't netboot.
