Optiplex 780 SoundMax HD - No bass controls
Win7 64-bit with latest 6.10.2.7260 drivers and can only find volume control. No controls for Bass. Anyone got a fix?

That's not uncommon - many of the integrated audio systems do not have EQ (Tone) controls. Many speaker systems have a tone or at least a bass control on them and if yours has a tone control you will have to use that.
If you use the Windows Media Player, it has an option for a graphic EQ and also the WOW EQ system for playback.
