Upgrading Processors on the same computer

Hi. I have a Dell Deminsion B110 with a Intel E210882 AA  / D28751-402 motherboard. I currently have a Intel Celeron SL8HK (325) processor. This is a 478 pin , 2.53GHZ with a current bus speed of 533MHZ and a L2 Cache size of 256KB. I also have 2 GB of memeory wich is the max. My question is: Can I swap out that processor with a 478 pin Intel Pentium 4 Processor (SL792) 3.20 GHZ Bus speed 800MHZ L2 Cache 512KB. I then want to do a complete Reinstall with the OS cd's right after the transfer. I dont see were it should be a problem. Both processors run at about the same temp so I wasnt going to change the fan or heat sink. After the reinstall will I still have to mess with the Bios or will the new processor be reconized and updated? If I do Have to go into and adjust the Bios how do I do it? I heard it wasnt good to do it from Intel on a Dell computer? Help me out with this ordeal. Seems like it shoulld just be a matter of a processor swap and a os reinstall. My processorr will be here @ 3:00PM eastern Can you help me out?

Thanks.

Yes, any Socket 478 Northwood or Prescott P-4 processor, will work in the B110/1100, with an FSB specification up to 800 MHz.

The new processor should be recognized in the system setup [BIOS].
