What type of SATA ports do I have on my Dell Studio XPS 8100 motherboard?

Does anybody know (or know how I can find out) what type of SATA ports I have on my Studio XPS 8100 motherboard. I suspect they may be SATA revision 2.0 (SATA 3Gb/s) but since it was ordered in February 2010 there is a possibility that they may be SATA revision 1.0 (SATA 1Gb/s).

Many thanks

Studio XPS 8100

The Intel® H57 Express Chipset

SATA interface designed for use with external SATA devices.

It provides a link for 3 Gb/s data speeds.

Intel identified a problem with its chipset family affecting SATA 3Gb/s ports.

Intel, says that the specific problem occurs over time, and is affected by temperature and voltage. It’s more likely to manifest in configurations with lots of data being moved across the SATA 3 Gb/s ports—that’s why OEMs are encountering a problem now. The company says it would have expected roughly 5% of systems to be affected over a three-year period.
