XPS Gen 4 DOS boot disk for RAID

Hey,

 

 I have a virus Dll that wont let me delete it, since it loads in all windows cases (safe and regular), so I need a way to manually delete it. 

 

I want to create a dos boot disk, but the basic creation does not work with the intel RAID 0 array I have.   Can someone please help me with a link or directions to create the boot disk that actually can see and read all the drives!!!
