(redirected) power button
Hi My laptop is Dell N5110.The problem I am facing is that when I switch off my laptop the normal way the power button stays on. I had tried this way by going to the control panel and adjust the power option to switch off but the result did not change.ANY HELP Thanks in advance Kind Regards Mutala

Hi Mutala,
I’d suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check if the issue reoccurs on the computer.
1. Switch off the computer.
2. Disconnect the AC adapter from the system.
3. Remove the battery from the computer.
4. Press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds.
5. Then connect back all the peripherals and check if you are facing same issue with the system.
If you are still facing the same issue then You have to update the BIOS and the video card driver for your computer click on the link below and then and enter the Service Tag of your computer and click on submit and then click on get drivers and download and then select the operating system click on and then Video section and download the video card driver for your computer and install it and then click on the BIOS section and update the BIOS as well. And reply back with the results.
