will a amd 7570 work on my dell optiplex 745 mini tower
so i really want this amd 7570 but idk if it will work in my system its a 305 watt psu with a q6600 and windows 10 64 bit. pls resopnd

The card elpro999 linked is low profile. If you have a 305W tower you need a full size card. Other than the bracket there should be no issues. DT and SFF do not have 305W power supply.

i have the mt size with 305 watts. so can i use the low pro or do i need the full size gpu..

Low profile DOES NOT Physically fit in the slot of the mini tower.

o so thats all i need for it so if i dowload the drivers it will work in system...

Yeah, there should be no problems with the right drivers installed.

Yes that will fit all low profile cards with full height brackets will fit/
