Fehler 009-654 - Code 2110000 bei Nutzung mit Mac - wo finde ich die Firmware für Mac???

Hallo Henning,

für den C1765nfw gibt es kein Firmware Update, welches via Apple OSX durchgeführt werden kann.

Als Alternative kannst du das Firmware Update über einen Windows PC oder per FTP durchführen. Eine Anleitung zum Firmware Update via FTP findest du nachfolgend:

1. Download the firmware. The latest version will be available on the support site.
2. Extract the firmware file and place it on a convenient location on your system.
   For example, "\Users\username\LS_ST_E213a_updeng.fls". It's highly recommend saving it with a shorter, more convenient name.
   
   
3. Open command line interface (Mac OSX).
   1. Double click the Hard drive on the Desktop
   2. Open The Application folder
   3. Open the Utilities folder
   4. Double click on Terminal
      
      
4. Begin the FTP session. Type: FTP [ip address of printer]
   For example: FTP 192.168.1.100
   
   
5. After the FTP connection has been established login as "admin" using the printer network password. The password is usually blank unless changed.
6. Send the firmware file to the printer. From the terminal, type: PUT "[path to the firmware file]"
   For example: PUT "\Users\Username\LS_ST_E213a_updeng.fls"
   NOTE: this must be the full path to the file. If spaces are in the path it must have quotes surrounding the file name.
   
   
7. Firmware updates can take anywhere from 1-5 minutes, on average, depending on the connection and update. Please allow the printer to reboot itself. If no reboot has occurred allow the printer to display a ready state before manually rebooting the printer.
   WARNING: Rebooting the printer during an update can cause the update to fail and prevent the printer from accepting any commands including any further updates or printing. If this occurs a system board/printer may need to be replaced as a result.
