Cannot view credentials after registered ECS test drive account

I registered ECS test drive account and can log in to the test drive portal. But I cannot view the credentials page. When I click "Credentials" on the right top, a license agreement page was shown. Then I tick agree and click continue, it brought me to the "Get started" page. When I click the "GET STARTED >>" button, I got another license agreement page and when I agree and continue, I am brought back to the same "Get started" page. It looks like a infinite loop and I cannot go anywhere. Please help to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Hello liyongl,

I would send an email to ecs.testdrive.support@dell.com so that they can look into your account and see what is going on.

Hi Sam,

I sent a separate mail to the mail address and the issue is fixed now. Thanks for your help on this.
