Unfortunately, ECS does not currently support changing the hostname or IP address. This will come in a future release.

how about add new IP for the node?

Not at this time. As of ECS 3.0, different VLANs can specified at installation to separate the management and data networks (see ECS 3.0 network planning guide) but changing data network IP addressing post-install is currently unsupported.
