Looks like you're using the s3a driver that uses the AWS SDK. How do you have your username and secret key configured? This is not an ECS issue, but an issue with configuring your Hadoop cluster. You need to ensure that the credentials are in core-site on every node: https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-aws/tools/hadoop-aws/index.html#S3A_Authentication_methods
