Knowledge Maintenance Notifications for KM Tests sent on 4/1 and 4/3/2014

The spring bi-annual Knowledge Maintenance tests were recently sent for all tracks that had content during the six months ending April 1, 2014. The following Knowledge Maintenance (KM) notifications were sent to certified Specialists in the associated EMC Proven Professional tracks:

KM 6.3 for Backup Recovery - Avamar EMCSA
KM 6.5 for Backup Recovery - Avamar EMCIE
KM 7.5 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCTA
KM 7.1 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCIE
KM 7.1 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCSA
KM 6.6 for Storage and Information Infrastructure EMCTA
KM 5.4 for CLARiiON Solutions EMCIE
KM 5.4 for CLARiiON Solutions EMCSA
KM 6.1 for Backup Recovery - Networker EMCIE
KM 6.1 for Backup Recovery - Networker EMCSA
KM 6.2 for Storage Area Network EMCIE
KM 6.2 for Storage Area Network EMCSA
KM 6.7 for Backup Recovery Solutions EMCTA

If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert with the most recent credential in any of these tracks, you should have received an e-mail notification between 10:00 a.m. EST, Tuesday, April 1, 2014 and 1:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, April 3, 2014. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:

  1. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
  2. If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
  3. If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
  4. Write to education@emc.com if you need further help, or need to receive the current links.
