Not able to see my certificate of Specialist Exam for Implementation Engineers
hi, i passed Specialist level exam 24 hours before, but in Professional CertTracker it was not updated yet. also i have not received e-certificate email.
how much time it take to get certificate. also when i will receive my T-shirt and cerificate.

Hi Sandeep, it appears that your congratulations email was sent and you were able to download your Specialist certification. You should receive your shirt in the next 14-21 days. If not, please email Education@emc.com for assistance.

Also, for you to receive the T-shirt it will take 2 weeks.

Hi Sandeep,
It. Usually takes a 48 to 72 hrs for results to reflect in the website.

It takes 48-72 hrs to get this updated in certmatrics usually. You will be prompted to confirm the demographic details given once again (Used to prompt with earlier EMC certTracker ).

Once the certification info is updated in certmatrics, you will be prompted to confirm your demographic details (including address and T-shirt size). If this is your first specialist credential, the T-shirt will be processed and may take 2-3 weeks for international deliveries.

Hi Vipin , thank you for reply.. demographic details is already completed when i passed ISM. in the exam list on certmatrics only ISM is showing, not my other exam..
