I created a case with education support in November. I got a reply a couple of times (within a day or two), but after a reply with "I´m already investigating what the issue is." - I have not received any more replies, even after a couple of mails from me.
About mid-December I even created a new case, because this became rather urgent. Still no reply in neither cases.
Has anyone else experienced this lack of feedback from education support? Our training credits are nearing expiration very soon, and I don't know what to do...
