2017 new laptop for adobe premiere

Hi!

I'm about to buy a new laptop for editing videos in Adobe Premiere. It's for creating Youtube videos. I think the XPS 15 probably the best option but the problem is it's too expensive. My budget is between 1500$ to 2000$.Tthe info I gave is a bit generic but I would like to hear your opinion on the matter (Especially the ones who're using Premiere)
