DCIS 4.2.0.13 SCCM 2012 - Configure Package import fails

Hello together,

I'm trying to import a Dell Command | Configure Package to modify BIOS settings. But after selecting the Distribution Point an error occurs:

'Object reference not set to an intance of an object'

SCCM Console Version: 1610

DCIS Version: 4.2.0.13

I am getting the same thing.  Made a package with Version 3.2 of Dell Command Configure Wizard to activate TPM on my Dell machines and I cannot use the import Wizard to bring it into SCCM.

Hello,

I just wanted to say that I am now experiencing the same issue. We recently upgraded our SCCM from 2012 SP1 to CB 1607, and after experiencing the issue, and re-installing Dell Integration Suite, it still happens.

I can create the exe, but when trying to use the Dell contextual menu to Import it to SCCM, it doesn't work and I get the Object reference object message.

so apparently the problem is not coming from dcis but cctk (dell command | configure

Dell Command Configure 3.2 import issue. Workaround is to edit package.xml in payload folder. Top line needs to reference UTF-16 not UTF-8.

On 64-bit system package.xml for Dell Command Configure is located at:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Command Configure\Payload\package.xml"

If using version 3.2.0 first line should be modified to:

This will allow for import to SCCM through Dell Command Integration Suite.
