Dell BIOS UEFI File System Not Found

I have a couple of systems that the Dell BIOS has been reset on. After the reset, I am unable to switch it to UEFI and boot to from CD. When i click to add a boot device I receive an error stating the file system cannot be found. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thank you in advanced!
