Dell E7470 (windows 7): fingerprint reader has no management application installed
I want to be able to logon to windows 7 using fingerprint. I has update the firmware (Dell support > security), but the biometric device is still in "not enrolled" state (fingerprint reader has no management application installed). Can somebody help me?

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue with two new Dell 5580s that came preloaded with Windows 7 Pro x64.

Same issue here with 7440 win 7 64 has anybody resolved this?
