Dell Wyse 5010 with a touch screen - keyboard not appearing

Hi,

We have a bunch of Wyse 5010 running Windows embedded 8 standard 64. We manage them via the Dell Wyse Device Manager 5.5.

Out of the box we can use remote desktop, tap on the login screen to enter credentials and the touch screen keyboard appears. 

We push the following packages: 

a) WE8SHAgentUpgrade
b) BootAgentUpgradeWE8S
c) WCM_Agent_1.3.3.2_WE8S

We then push the device configuration for Wireless and put into appliance mode to launch RDP.

After this when connecting to RDP, the user taps in the credentials box but the touch screen keyboard does not pop up. 

It was working and nothing has changed. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
