Dell laptop/desktop enterprise management

I'm interested in managing networked Dell desktops and laptops in a Windows server environment running Windows 7/10. At the top of the request list is a WOL solution.  I'm new to this level of administration and so far I've been unable to locate information on how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction?
