Driver Cabs missing files

We notice that when drivers that contain compressed files are made part of a model's enterprise CAB, these files are missing from the CAB file and the driver fails to install due to the missing files.

Take for instance the driver CAB for the Optiplex 7050.  This CAB contains HDMI audio drivers supplied by ATI/AMD.  The driver defined by atihdWT6.inf references a file atihdwt6.sys which is not included in the CAB.  This results in an error when DISM tries to apply the driver.

I went out to the individual driver on the models support site and downloaded the AMD driver exe and run it with the extract option.  This unpacked the driver to Packages\Drivers\WDM\HDMI\WT64A where you can see the atidwt6.sy_ and delayapo.dl_ files that is missing from the Enterprise cab.

This is causing trouble for many computer installs because so many drivers include these compressed files and whatever process Dell uses to build the enterprise cab files appears to be leaving out a lot of files that are required to install the drivers successfully.
