Every time I go to Dell Support to check for driver updates, the SAME one shows up. I've downloaded and installed it no fewer than 10 times over the course of several months and revealed this detail to tech support personnel who have not addressed it (because I've also had blue screen issues to deal with :emotion-39:). The last "suggestion" was to send the computer somewhere. This is a brand new 9365 (XPS)! I just visited Intel's website and found that my Wi-Fi driver and Bluetooth driver also needed an update that was not listed by Dell's driver detection. Intel's driver detection does NOT show (detect?) any Integrated Sensor Solution on my system, much less an "update". What is the deal? Is the Dell driver detection tool not functional?
